Obituary of Adele Marie Rottenbucher

Adelaide (Adele) Marie Rottenbucher, 86, passed away on January 25, 2024, in Venice, FL. She was born on March 8, 1937, in Queens, NY to John and Ethel (Holland) Becker. Adele married her first husband, Frederick John Rose, Sr and worked as a chef for many years, owning multiple restaurants together in New York. She was married to her second husband, Anthony Rottenbucher, for 10 years.

Adele was an avid bowler and card player. She would often play cards, specifically pinochle, at the VFW and the North Port Senior Center.

She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother.

Adele is predeceased by her husbands Frederick John Rose, Sr and Anthony Rottenbucher, and her parents John and Ethel Becker.

She is survived by her children Fred Rose, Steven Rose, and Richard Rose, stepdaughter Kathy Puff, 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, and many friends and extended family.

A celebration of life will be held from 12-2PM, with a service starting at 1PM, on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Farley Funeral Home, 5900 S Biscayne Dr, North Port, FL 34287.
