Obituary of Patricia Lynn Leist

Patricia Lynn Leist, age 71, of Sarasota, FL, passed away on November 3, 2023.  She was born in Cincinnati, OH on January 26, 1952.  Pat resided in Cincinnati until 1982, then Ashland, Ohio from ‘82-‘96, and in Pickerington, OH until 2016, when she moved to Florida.  Pat retired from working at the Title First Agency in 2016. 

Surviving family members include her husband, Daniel Leist; son Sean Leist and Maria Petrozzi; daughter Katie Leist and Damon Burks; sister Cheryl (Ducker) Samardzjia and Michael Samardzjia; brother C. Michael Ducker and Nancy Ducker; grandchildren Ty Duff, Corbin Duff, Anthony Leist, and Dominic Leist; lifelong friends Robert and Cindy Winterhalter; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Clestine Marie Leist, and her parents, Carlos and Evelyn (Conway) Ducker. 

There will be a memorial celebration of Pat’s life on January 27, 2024 in Sarasota, FL.
