Obituary of Constance Joyce Blewett

Constance Joyce Blewett, 70 of Venice, Florida formerly of Conklin, New York passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2006. She was born April 13, 1936 in Bainbridge, New York and came to Venice in 1968. She was a secretary for the Sarasota County Public Works system and retired in 1988 after 15 years of service. She attended Venice-Nokomis United Methodist Church. She is survived by her mother Margaret Fernald of New York, three daughters, Dorene Goodman of Blountstown, Florida, Denise Edmands of Venice, Florida and Debrah Wrye of Frostproof, Florida, two sons, Michael and Mark Blewett both of Venice, two brothers, Wayne and Charles Fernald both of New York, four sisters, Kathy Roby and Nancy O’Hara both of Florida and Linda Gower and Carolyn Bond both of New York, nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The family has requested donations in Constance’s name to the American Diabetes Association, Southwest FL office, 4902 Eisenhower Blvd., Suite 295, Tampa, Florida 33634 or to TideWell Hospice and Palliative Care, 5955 Rand Blvd, Sarasota, Fl. 34238 Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel in charge of arrangements.
