Obituary of Lynne D. Timoney

Lynne D.Timoney, 69, of Nokomis, FL, passed away on January 17, 2007. She was born in Hoboken, NJ on August 5, 1937. A previous resident of Streetsboro, OH for 28 years, she came to live in New Port Richey, FL for twelve years and has been a resident of Nokomis for the last eight years. She was a homemaker and a member of Epiphany Cathedral in Venice, FL. She is survived by her husband of 53 years John J. Timoney, Sr.; four daughters, Lynne A. of Nokomis, Doreen Tartamella and husband Jeffrey of Charlotte, NC, Shaun R. Timoney Quinn of Venice, Kelly M. Sales and husband Raymond of Doylestown, OH; son John J. Timoney Jr. and wife Cynthia of Nokomis; twelve grandchildren, Michael, Brian and Bradley Sweet all of Streetsboro, Ryan and Meghan Tartamella both of Charlotte, Shelby and Ray-Ray Sales both of Doylestown, Nicole and Erin Timoney both of Nokomis, Taylor and Riley Quinn both of Venice, Shane Lewis also of Venice; great-grandson Michael “Munch” Sweet of Streetsboro. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Sunday, January 21st at the Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel. Funeral Mass will be 10 AM the following day at Epiphany Cathedral with entombment to follow at Venice Memorial Gardens.
