Obituary of Edward B. Wagner

Edward B. Wagner, 85, of Venice died suddenly on January 24, 2007. He was born in Chicago & retired to Venice in 1985. He was a graduate of DePauw University and Northwestern University School of Law, where he was a member of order of the Coif, & the recipient of the Wigmore Key. He was with several law firms in Chicago before moving to Washington, D.C. in 1962, where he was an attorney with the Securities & Exchange Commission. He was appointed an Administrative Law Judge in 1973. He served in World War II & was a member of Capri Isles Golf Course. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Betty, a half sister, Joan W. Teller of Tacoma, Washington, a sister-in-law, Lois Kaiser of Venice and 8 nieces & nephews.
