Obituary of Robert Riley

Robert Riley, 66, of Nokomis, FL, passed away on February 17, 2007. He was born in Nelsonville, OH on August 1, 1940. After retiring from service in the US Air Force, he and his wife began spending part of the year at their residence in Nokomis. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, Elks, Paralyzed Veterans of America and was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a Catholic. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Carolyn; two sons, Pat of Nelsonville and Michael of New Iberia, LA; two daughters, Colleen Goundrey of Mont Belvieu, TX and Erin Wood of Coeur d’ Alene, ID; father Thomas Riley, Jr. of Nelsonville; four brothers, Pat of Grandville, OH, Don of Athens, OH, Joe of Nelsonville and David of Athens; three sisters, Deb Fraunfelter of Logan, OH, Janet of Nelsonville and Barb Flowers of Carbon Hill, OH; seven grandchildren. Services and burial will be in Ohio.
