Obituary of Joan C. Coho

Joan C. Coho, 72, of North Port, FL, passed away on Monday, March 5, 2007. She was born September 16, 1934 in Hackensack, NJ, to Anthony and Angela Greco. She moved to Florida in 1981 from Saddlebrook, NJ. Joan worked for IBM for 9 years in Tampa, FL. She then became an Administrative Assistant for the State of Florida for 13 years until retiring in 2002. She was a member of San Pedro Catholic Church in North Port, and a member of Heron Creek Golf & Country Club. She is survived by her husband Luther, sons, Richard Pilkington and Scott Pilkington both of Middletown, NY, Michael Coho of Long Beach, CA, and one daughter, Peggy Benton also of East Freedom, PA., one sister, Ruth Ann Rogotzki of Bedminster, NJ, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm with a prayer service beginning at 6 pm Thursday, March 8, 2007, at Farley Funeral Home North Port Chapel, 5900 S. Biscayne Drive, North Port, FL 34287. A mass of Christian burial will be held Friday, March 9, 2007 at 10 am at San Pedro Catholic Church, 14380 Tamiami Trail, North Port, FL 34287. Interment will follow services at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
