Obituary of Dorothy A. Gordon

Dorothy A. Gordon, age 76, of Nokomis, died on March 8, 2007. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on September 9, 1930, and came to Nokomis in 1998. She was a PBX operator for the Hook Drug Company in Indianapolis for 22 years until her retirement in 1991. Mrs. Gordon enjoyed working with stained glass as a hobby. Surviving family members include her husband, Alvin, of Nokomis; daughters Sherry Caruthers of Indianapolis, Deborah Howard of Clayton, IN, son Tony Gordon of Ladoga, IN, daughter Renee Rothman of Newton, MA; sister Judy Mitchell-Hunter of Indianapolis; 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel on Tuesday, March 13th, at 2 PM. The family has requested memorial donations be given to SPARCC, 7810 S.
