Obituary of Katherine Timmons

Katherine E. Timmons, 91, of Venice, passed away on March 27th. Born in Homestead, FL on July 30, 1915 to the late Robert and Leona Kyle, she was raised on Pigeon Key, FL and has been a resident of Venice for the last four years. Katherine was a devoted homemaker and loving mother. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include two daughters, Janis Poches of Pinola, MS and Elizabeth Pitchford of Osprey, FL; son Richard Timmons of Hickory, NC; eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Jess Timmons.
