Obituary of Robert Earl Fitzmorris

Robert Earl Fitzmorris, 83, of Venice, FL passed away on March 27, 2007. He was born on August 2, 1923 in Toledo, Ohio and moved to the area in 1983 from Lima, Ohio. Mr. Fitzmorris was a manager for Dana Corporation for 41 years having retired in 1983 from the Dana plant in Lima, OH. He was a Navy Veteran of WW II, a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the American Society of Metals. Survivors include his wife of 62 years Phyllis; two sons: Michael Fitzmorris of Tucson, AZ and Timothy Fitzmorris of Simpsonville, SC; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 7 at 3pm at Grace United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to Grace United Methodist Church, 400 East Field Avenue, Venice, FL 34285.
