Obituary of William E. Ewing

William “Bill” Ewing of North Port, FL died April 12, 2007. He was 65. He was born October 20, 1941 in Parker City, IN. He moved to the area approximately seven years ago from Clermont, FL. He worked in the sheet metal industry for 37 years. He was an active member of the tennis club at La Casa; past President of Vache Grasse Country Club in Greenwood, AR; member of the Sheet Metal Union, Local 15. He loved his woodworking and coached basketball for the Boys Club for many years. Survivors include his wife Connie; two daughters: Shari Gillhooley (Robert) of Mansfield, AR and Karen (Alan) Luck of Conway, AR; two sons: Bill Ewing of Fort Smith, AR and Brian (Tanya) Kirkendoll of Alma, AR; five grandchildren: Joshua, Jeremy, Courtney, Emily and Ansley; one great grandchild, Daniel Gillooley; mother, Rosalie Ewing of Parker City, IN; brother, Van (Sandi) Ewing of Eaton, IN; sister, Pam Ewing of Parker City, IN.
