Obituary of Pearl E. Jones

Pearl E. Jones of Venice passed away April 18, 2007. She was born on December 19, 1910 in Mulberry, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin P. Jones. She is survived by her sister, Jacqueline Rumsey of Newburg, NY; her son, Lawrence Jones of Nokomis; daughters: Mariam Gorenflo of Venice and Margaret David of Cleveland, TN; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She came to Venice Nokomis area in 1937 and became a member of the Venice Nokomis United Methodist Church. She was a member of the United Methodist Women.
