Obituary of Paula V. O'Connor

O’Connor, Paula V. August 21, 1928 – July 16, 2007 Paula V. O’Connor of Venice, FL, formerly of Surf City, N.J., passed away July 16, 2007. She was 78. She was born August 21, 1928 in Astoria, NY. Paula had a successful real estate broker and sales person career for more than 30 years on Long Beach Island, N.J. She retired to Cedar Bonnett Island, NJ in 1990. She moved to Venice in 2005 after an illness to be cared for by family. She is survived by her three children Shawn O’Connor of Jupiter Florida, Susan Simmons and husband Richard of Mayetta, NJ and Scott O’Connor and wife Kristin of Placida, Florida. She is also survived by her two grandsons, she often referred to as her pride and joy, Joseph and Jonathan Simmons of Mayetta, her sister Joan Wetzel of Poinciana Florida her brother Louis Jenikovsky and niece Tanya Breen of Washington NJ. Farley Funeral Homes and Crematory, Venice Chapel, is handling arrangements. A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM, Friday, July 20, 2007 at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel.
