Obituary of W. Griffith Knorr

W. Griffith Knorr, Jr., 84, of Englewood, FL, formerly of Glenside, PA, passed away on July 17, 2007. He was born in Philadelphia on June 7, 1923. Mr. Knorr was a resident of Glenside, PA where he operated Knorr Real Estate and retired prior to moving to Florida in 1983. He was a US Navy veteran of WWII. He was Past Potentate of the Lu Lu Temple, member of Royal Order of Jesters, Sahib Temple of Sarasota, Fleet Captain and previous board member of the Venice Yacht Club, member of the Scottish Rite of Masonry and the Son’s of Ireland. He was a Presbyterian. Survivors include his wife Dolores, four step-children, Cathy Conly of Cochranville, PA, Diane Kelly of Colts Neck, NJ, George Conly of Bethlehem, PA, Leonard Conly of Milford, NJ; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
