Obituary of Larry Robert Thoennissen

Larry Robert Thoennissen, 43 of North Port formerly of Chicago, Illinois passed away Saturday, July 28, 2007 in Broward County, Florida. Larry was born March 19, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois. He was part owner of Kustom Sight & Sound located in Venice. He was currently a coach and President of the North Port Pop Warner Mustangs Football League, a former Vice President and also served on the Mustangs Board of Directors. He was a basketball coach for the North Port Youth Basketball League for 4 years and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Venice. Larry is survived by his wife Paula of 18 years, son; Patrick, parents; Wilhelm and Marjorie of Venice, Fl., brothers; Scott of Chicago, Il and Glenn of Venice, Fl, sister; Bonnie LePage of Venice, Fl and many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family. A visitation for Larry will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 from 4 to 8 pm at the Farley Funeral Home Funeral Home North Port Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2007 at 11:00 at Christ United Methodist Church, 1475 Center Road, Venice, Fl 34292. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to North Port Pop Warner Mustang Scholarship fund located at Regions Bank in North Port.
