Obituary of Ann Marie Harris Mcclain

Ann Marie Harris McClain, age 81, of North Port, Florida, passed away on September 29, 2007 at her residence. She was born on August 10, 1926 in Farragut, Pennsylvania. She moved to North Port in 1978 from Pennsylvania. She was a Homemaker. She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church in Venice. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Machotka of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania; Pamela Haupt of St. Cloud, Florida; a son, Harry McClain of North Port, Florida; a brother, Gene Harris of Picture Rocks, Pennsylvania and a sister, H. Beryl Wickard of Plainfield, Pennsylvania. She also leaves behind three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry L. McClain and a brother, Jay Harris. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Hughesville, Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 21475, St. Petersburg, Florida 33742. Farley Funeral Home in North Port, Florida is handling the arrangements.
