Obituary of Barbara L. Villard

Barbara L. Villard, 79, of North Port, Florida passed away October 14, 2007. Barbara was born April 2, 1928 in Youngstown, Ohio. She came to North Port in 1990 from Massillon, Ohio were she worked for Brown Lumber Co. as a secretary for 30 years until her retirement. She attended Christ United Methodist Church in Venice. She is survived by her husband, Harlow of 58 years, cousins; Connie Newsome of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, Mabelle Sligar, Wheeling, West Virginia, and Donna Nalbach of Massillon, Ohio. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Massillon, Ohio. Donations’ may be made in Barbara’s name to TideWell Hospice and Palliative Care, 5955 Rand Blvd, Sarasota, Florida 34238.
