Obituary of Sandra L. Steele

Sandra L. Steele, age 70, of Venice, Florida, passed away on November 12, 2007. She was born in Springfield, Massachusetts on December 5, 1936. She moved to Venice 24 years ago from East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. She was the Manager at House of golf in Venice and attended Epiphany Cathedral in Venice. She is survived by her daughters, Kate Thomasson of Venice, Laurie Burke of Venice, Jane Ledger of Auburn, California, Mary Rinehart of Venice and two brothers, Jay Legein of Middleton, Rhode Island and Chipper Legein of Coventry, Rhode Island. She also leaves behind four grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2007 at 1:00PM at Epiphany Cathedral. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Sunset Lake Health & Rehab Center, 832 Sunset Lake Blvd., Venice, Florida 34292. Farley Funeral Home in Venice, Florida is handling the arrangements.
