Obituary of Dorothy A. Riordan

Dorothy A. Riordan, age 76, of Venice, Florida, passed away on November 22, 2007. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts on May 8, 1931. She was a homemaker. She moved to Venice, Florida ten years ago from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Francis; children, Nancy Weeks of Venice, Michael Riordan of Nokomis, John Riordan of St. Petersburg, Florida, Marianne Hinshaw and son-in-law Craig of Venice and a sister, Mildred Moser of Medway, Mass. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 26, 2007 at 11:00AM at Venice Memorial Gardens in Venice. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to TideWell Hospice & Palliative Care, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34238. Farley Funeral Home in Venice, Florida is handling the arrangements.
