Obituary of Ruth C. Hales
Ruth C. Hales, age 87, of Venice, died on December 8, 2007. She was born in Saltillo, PA, and came to Venice in 1979 from Perkasie, PA. Ruth graduated as a medal winning valedictorian from nursing school at Chestnut Hill Hospital in July, 1944. She was a member of the Pennsylvania Nurses Association and was an RN in the medical and dental fields as well as for a department store in Philadelphia.
Surviving family members include her husband of 63 years, Loomis; sister Mildred Crum of Cassville, PA, and several nieces and nephews.
