Obituary of James L. Feagle

James Luther “Jim” Feagle, 78, of Alachua, FL, formerly of Venice, FL, passed away on December 31st. He was born in Alachua on December 3, 1929. Jim served in the US Army during Korean War where he received a Purple Heart. After the war, he served as a civilian boat captain for the US Army Corps of Engineers during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. Survivors include a son Joseph of Keystone Heights, FL; step-daughter Solange Anne Shultz of Venice; two brothers, Marvin of Hawthorne, FL and Eddie B. of Alachua; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
