Obituary of Barbara Francis McAteer

Barbara Francis McAteer, age 86, of Edmond, Oklahoma, formerly of Venice, passed away on January 6, 2008. She was born in Concord, NH on December 16, 1921. Barbara with her husband Danny moved to Venice in 1980 from Portsmouth, NH. They were members of Epiphany Cathedral. Barbara later moved to Edmond, Oklahoma. She is survived by her sons, Peter of Aiken, SC, Dan of Clifton, VA, and her daughter, Kathy of Edmond, OK. “Missy” is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2008 from 3:00-4:00PM at Farley Funeral Home in Venice. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 20, 2008 at 11:00AM at Venice Memorial Gardens. Farley Funeral Home in Venice is handling the arrangements.
