Obituary of Vladimir Nozdrin

Vladimir Nozdrin, 79, of North Port, died Thursday, February 7, 2008, at Peace River Medical Center in Port Charlotte. He was born in Belarus and moved to this area nine years ago from Washington State. He was a member of the First Slavic Pentecostal Church of North Port. Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Raisa; son, Michael Nozdrin of Russia; daughters, Zina Stsiborskiy of Venice, Lyubov Pavlovets of Russia; son, Vladimir Nozdrin Jr. of Russia; daughter, Nadya Ivantsov of Washington State; son, Stephan Nozdrin of Washington State; daughters, Vera Polyashov of Venice, Valentina Vasilevskaya of North Port, and Yelena Polyashov of Washington State; son, Peter Nozdrin of Oregon; daughter, Olga Migashkin of North Port; son, Viktor Nozdrin of Washington State; daughter, Anna Vlasyuk of North Port; 60 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Visitation is 6 – 8 pm, Saturday, Feb. 9, 2008 at the First Slavic Pentecostal Church of North Port. Services are 10 am at the church on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2008. Burial will follow the services at Venice Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are with Farley Funeral Home in North Port.
