Obituary of Geneva Griffin Maggard

Geneva Griffin Maggard, 98, Venice, formerly of Sciotoville, Ohio passed away April 15, 2008. She was born April 12, 1910 in Greenup County, KY. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Hobby Club of Venice Municipal Mobile Home Park and a member of the Moose Lodge. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest L. Maggard and her daughter, Ernestine Holcomb. Survivors include two daughters: Monnajean McIlwain of Venice, FL and Karen Sue Perez of Port Charlotte, FL; and significant other, Tom Hodgini of Nokomis, FL. She is also survived by her three granddaughters including Jamisue Boggess of Venice and three great grandchildren including John-Anthony B. Boggess of Venice. A Visitation will be held from 1-3 PM, Saturday, April 19 at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel. An Eastern Star Memorial will be held at 3 PM with Funeral Service immediately following. Interment will follow at Venice Memorial Gardens.
