Obituary of Russell L. Koepke
Russell “Russ” L. Koepke, Jr., 81, of Venice, formerly of Ellison Bay, WI died August 2, 2011. Russ was born August 23, 1929 in Chicago, IL to Esther (Bentson) and Russell Koepke. Russ served two years in the U.S. Army in Albuquerque, NM and then owned and operated Russ’s Auto Service for 20+ years in Chicago. He was preceded in death by his sister, June Sathern. Survivors include his wife, Judy; three children: Susan Muir of Muscatine, IA, David Koepke of Green Bay, WI; and Sharon Anderson of Bailey’s Harbor, WI; four grandchildren: Melissa Muir, Kaitlin Koepke, and Russ and Kyle Anderson.
