Obituary of Douglas Clark Havenhill

Douglas Clark Havenhill, 71, passed away unexpectedly in his home on August 25, 2023, in North Port, FL. Doug was welcomed into this world on August 11, 1952, in Lynwood, CA to Louis and Barbara (Lopshire) Havenhill. He attended A & P school and joined the United States Airforce in 1972 and served until 1976. He met his true love, Donna Havenhill in Bellville, IL where they wed. Doug worked as an aircraft mechanic at Ports of Call and Western Aero Repair. After living in Brighton, Colorado for over 40 years, he and his wife relocated to North Port, FL in 2020 to enjoy his retirement. Doug enjoyed golf, cooking, spending quality time with his family and a little something he liked to call “beer 30”. He is predeceased by his parents Louis and Barbara Havenhill, brother Gregory Havenhill, and granddaughter Sierra Havenhill. Doug is survived by his wife Donna Havenhill, sons Michael (Patty) Havenhill and Dennis (Jennifer) Havenhill, grandchildren Courtney Havenhill and Chase Havenhill, and great grandchild Brielle Havenhill.
