Obituary of Anton M. Kozak

Anton M. “Tony” Kozak, age 80, of Osprey, Florida, passed away on January 7, 2023.  He was born on October 14, 1942, in Hackensack, NJ and moved to the area in 1977 from Wallingford, CT.  He served in the U.S. Navy where he was a Communication Technician w/ top secret clearance during the Vietnam War from 1965-1968. Tony was a Rotarian, FAA Flight Instructor of the year at Meredin Airport in 1974, the Owner and President of Blu Aqua Pools and FSPA Gold Award Winner for Residential Pool and Spa Combo.  Tony is survived by his wife, Ingrid; daughter, Dawn Daddino and her husband, Mark; grandson, Matthew Daddino; brother, John Kozak and his wife Gina.  He also leaves behind his nephew, Jacob Kozak and many other family and close friends.  Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Tony Kozak and Marie Sikawka Kozak.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:30PM on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at The Clubhouse @ The Inlets, 200 Inlets Blvd., Nokomis, Florida 34275.  Memorial donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice, Inc., 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34238 or to Cancer Research of your choice.  Farley Funeral Home in Venice is handling the arrangements.  A message of condolence may be sent by visiting www.farleyfuneralhome.com.
