Obituary of Robert Peters

Robert John Peters, 67, of Arcadia, FL and formerly of Newtown, CT passed away on July 2, 2022 in Port Charlotte, FL. He was born  on May 12, 1955 in Bridgeport, CT. Robert worked as a plumber.  

He is survived by his brothers, Martin Peters of North Port, FL, John Peters Jr. of Newtown, CT; sisters, Carol Krantz of Manchester, CT and Gail Carboy of North Port, FL; nieces and nephews, John Peters III of Washington Depot, CT, Greg Peters of Newtown, CT, Jeff Peters of Oakville, CT, Erica Washington of Torrington, CT, Rebecca Carroll of Manchester, CT, Martin Peters Jr. of Palm Harbor, FL, Brad Peters of North Port, FL, Ashley Peters-Gonzalez of North Port, FL, Matthew Carboy of Palm Harbor, FL, Heather Mercier of Sarasota, FL, and Scott Carboy of Naples, FL.  

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, John and Martha Peters.  

There will be a memorial service held on July 16, 2022 at 10am at Farley Funeral Home in North Port, FL (5900 S. Biscayne Drive, North Port, FL 34287).
