Two years later Mary moved to Milwaukee, WI. where her sister Corinne and her family lived and spent the next 35 years teaching mathematics to inner city students. She had to stop teaching due to health problems. Mary loved to travel and enjoyed taking photos and videos of nature during many trips including Jamaica, Hawaii, the Maritime Provinces of Canada, NH, Maine, and especially the the beaches on the Gulf coast of Florida. She was known to never pass up a photo of a lighthouse. Mary was predeceased by brother Frank Duval, and sisters Corinne O'Brien and Constance Grimstad.
