Obituary of Mary E. Willis

Mary E. Willis, age 68, of Venice, FL passed away Thursday May 19^th, 2022. She was born August 12^th, 1953, in New Haven, CT to Fred and Agnes Lucas. Mary enjoyed crafts, spending time with family, the Victorian era, and her hats. Mary was a fun-loving, social butterfly who could be counted on as being the life of the party. She will be remembered as someone who had a bold personality and was always thoughtful of others. She is survived by her husband, Richard Willis; and sons Richard A. Willis Jr., Derek S. Willis, and Brian J. Willis; brothers Fred Lucas, William Lucas and, Richard Lucas; sister Nancy Banahan. A gathering of friends is scheduled at Farley Funeral Home in Venice at 9:00 am on Friday, May 27^th with a memorial service will follow 11:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
