Obituary of Curtis J Proffitt

Curtis James Proffitt, 47, of North Port passed away March 16, 2022. He was born July 28, 1974, in Dayton Ohio to Virginia Swabb Proffitt and Victor Proffitt.

Curtis will be remembered as a kind, generous and loving man, a great father, an amazing son, brother and uncle. He loved fishing, being outdoors, motorcycles, marine life and animals and of course his family meant everything to him.

Survivors include his mother, Virginia Proffitt, father, Victor Proffitt, one daughter, Kayla Proffitt, a son, Curtis J Proffitt Jr and two sisters, Jodi Whitworth and her fiancé Jim, nieces Alyssa and Ronnie; Vicki Bell and her husband Stephen, nieces Heather and Jenna.
