Obituary of Richard Young

Richard N. Young, age 94, of North Port, Florida, passed away on August 17, 2010. He was born on April 5, 1916 in Peckville, Pennsylvania. He was a Finance Manager with the Beneficial Finance Company in Cleveland, Ohio for 31 years and retired in 1971 and he moved to North Port in 1986 from Clark Summit, Pennsylvania. He was a member and on the Board of Directors at the Myakka Pines Golf Club in Englewood. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Dorothy; two sons, Roger Young of California, Gary Young of Ohio; three daughters, Lorna young of Mississippi, Tamia LaGrave of California, Tina Bennett of Mississippi and two step-children. He also leaves behind one grandson, four step-grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Services will be private for the family.
