Obituary of Clark A. Peterson

Clark A. Peterson, age 73, of Venice, FL, died on April 1, 2008. He was born in Berlin, NH, and coved to Venice in 1991 from Jacksonville, NC. Clark was a retired USMC Captain who served in the Vietnam War. He was also director of employee relations for Stanadyne Corp. in Jacksonville, NC. He is survived by his wife, Lucille, of Venice; daughter Pamela Ashton and her husband Brynn of Swansboro, NC; grandchildren Rachel Ashton of Swansboro and Brandon Ashton of Raleigh, NC. He was predeceased by his father Ralph Peterson, mother, Mertie Anderson, and stepfather Oscar Anderson. Funeral services will be private; burial will be at Florida National Cemetery. Farley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial donations can be made to a local Habitat for Humanity.
