Obituary of William E. Bill Scully

William E. Scully, “Bill”, age 51, died on March 7, 2006 at the Venice Regional Medical Center, Venice, FL. He was born in Amityville, NY and moved to Venice 35 years ago from Farmington, NY. He was a graduate of Venice High School where he was recognized for his football abilities by many in the area. He was formerly in air conditioner installation for Superior Heating and Cooling of Venice, FL for 28 years and most recently worked for Pro-Air in Port Charlotte, FL. He Ranched on Venice Avenue East and was a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Venice, FL. He is survived by his mother, Gertrude Cors of Venice, FL: sisters, Gail Parker of East Hampton, NY and Lynn Scully-Suhr of Jupiter, FL; companion of many years, Gail Smith of Englewood, FL. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 9, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Farley Funeral Home Venice Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, March 10, 2006 at 11:00 AM. The Rev.Christopher Gray to officiate. Interment is private.
