Obituary of Allen B. Tobias

Allen B. Tobias, age 91, of Venice, died on February 20, 2006. He was born on April 20, 1914 in Plutarch, New York, and came to this area from there in 1976. He worked for Mobil Oil as a sales representative and marketing director for over 40 years. Mr. Tobias served in the US Army during WWII, and was a member of the Masonic Lodge and St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Venice. Surviving family members include his daughter, Susan Sawulski, and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
