Obituary of Paul Werner

Paul Werner 91, of Venice formerly of Englewood died February 27, 2006. He was born in Copenhagen, Denmark and moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1941 where he was an electrician for the City of Chicago with the IBEW Chicago Local # 134. He moved to this area in 1980. He is a WWII Veteran of the U. S. Army. He attended the Christ Lutheran Church in Englewood, was a member of the Englewood Elks Club, the Danish Club of Sarasota, American Legion of Englewood. He is survived by two sons Carl Werner of Los Gatos, California and David Werner of Hong Kong, China; daughter Lenette Burnett of Tinley Park, Illinois; a niece Marge Salisbury of Venice, Florida 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren. Burial of cremated remains will be at Christ Lutheran Church of Englewood, Florida at a later date. Farley Funeral Home and Crematory, Venice Chapel in charge of arrangements.
