Obituary of Andrew John Herdock

Andrew John Herdock, Sr, died January 10, 2007. He was born December 19, 1917 in Baltimore, MD and moved to the Venice area in 1979. He was the Secretary/Treasury for United Food & Commercial Workers Union #117 in Baltimore, MD for 25 years, retiring in 1979. Mr. Herdock was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and served with the Marines and Merchant Marines. He is survived by his daughter Sally Branagan of Venice, FL; son Andrew Herdock, Jr. of Baltimore, MD; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 14, from 3:00 – 6:00 PM at Farley Funeral Home Venice Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at on Monday, January 15th, 10:30 AM, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Venice Memorial Gardens.
