Obituary of Bea Tischmacher
Bea Tischmacher, a winter visitor of Venice for 18 years, died January 16, 2007. She was 78. She was born July 7, 1928 in Denver, New York and is a resident of Roxbury, New York. She was a teacher’s aide for 24 years, having retired in 1988. She attended the Reformed Community Church and was past matron of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband, George; daughter, Vicki Keefer of Ankridge, Alaska; son, Robin of Halcottsville, New York; three grandchildren; brother, Gerald Greene of Denver, New York; two sisters: Judy Hammond of Denver, New York and Phyllis Rainwater of Keno, Oregon.
A Visitation will be held from 1-2 PM on Friday, January 19, 2007 with a Funeral Service immediately following at 2 PM at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel. Burial will be in Roxbury, NY.
